Refund & Return Policy
At Vellure Couture, we specialise in luxury and couture garments that require careful handling and quality control. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, strict return conditions apply.
Important Return Conditions
Customers must:
- Contact us by phone within 2 hours of receiving the order
- Notify us of any issue before returning any item
- Dispatch the return parcel within 24 hours of delivery
- Ensure the item remains completely unused, unworn, and in original condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty:
- Made-to-measure garments
- Altered or customised items
- Sale items
- Special orders
- Accessories and jewellery
- Worn items
- Items with makeup, perfume, stains, odours, or damage
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Customers are strongly advised to inspect and report any issue within 2 hours of delivery to allow immediate assistance and faster resolution.
Return requests submitted after delivery may be subject to additional inspection and approval.
- Incorrect item
- Damage
- Missing items
- Manufacturing defect
Clear photos and order details may be requested.
Return Approval Process
Returns are accepted only after approval from Vellure Couture.
Before sending any return, customers must contact us directly by phone or email.
Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Secure packaging
- Using a tracked delivery service
Vellure Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Right to Refuse Returns
Vellure Couture reserves the right to refuse any return if:
- The customer failed to notify us within the required timeframe
- The item was not dispatched within 24 hours
- The item shows signs of use or wear
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- The item does not meet our return conditions
